  • How long until my order leaves your facility?
    All orders ship within 1 business day! All orders are processed next business day excluding weekends and holidays (includes FedEx orders).
  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?
    Once the order has been shipped, customers in the US will receive their order within 2-5 business days. International customers usually receive their order within 7-10 business days.
  • What shipping carriers do you use?
    We ship either USPS or FedEx - depending on cost and shipping transit times.
  • Can I track my order?
    Or course you can! Once your order has shipped, we will send out an email with your tracking number and carrier that we used. From there, you can go directly to the carriers website and enter in your tracking number. You can see exactly where your package is at all times!
  • How much is shipping?
    We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.00. For international orders, we charge based on real time costs to that particular country.
  • Can I change my order once it has been placed?
    Sure you can! If you order has not shipped yet and you want to change something, give us a call at 1-877-207-9957 or email us at info@ezstreambox.com - make sure you have your order number ready for our team.
  • What about warranty and returns?

  • What about Customs Fees?
    Unfortunately we do not cover Customs Fees. You will have to take care of those when your package arrives.
  • Will I receive email confirmations about my order?
    You sure will! Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the order number and product information. Then, when your order ships, you will receive another email giving you your tracking number.

    We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Amazon Checkout.
  • How secure is your website?

  • Where do I enter my discount code?
    When you make it to the Checkout page (not the Cart), you will see a Discount box above the Subtotal of your order on the right hand side. Enter your discount code there and it will work it’s magic!

  • What if I click on a stream and it does not work?
    This is a common situation that is encountered when streaming videos. There are many other users around the world watching the same streams. We recommend that you try many different streams when watching your content on your EZ Stream Android TV Box. Also, please try watching the same titles in different add-ons as they pull their streams from different sources.
  • What can I do if my videos are buffering on my EZ Stream box?
    We recommend that you check the download speed chart below to make sure you have the correct amount. If you do not have the required speed, please try resetting your router (unplugging for 30 seconds and then plugging back in) and moving it closer to your box. If these options do not work, you may want to contact your Internet service provider to make sure you are getting the speed for which you are paying.   • What Internet speed do I need to use the EZ Stream Android TV Box?
    The Internet speed needed to view your content on the EZ Stream box will depend on the resolution of the video you are streaming. Please reference the chart below to view the speed needed.

    Speeds Down Stream (In Megabits Per Second)
    SD Minimum 2Mbps
    SD recommended 5Mbps
    HD Minimum 5Mbps
    HD recommended 10Mbps
  • How do I check the speed of my Internet connection?
    The speed and reliability of your Internet connection plays a huge role in your ability to enjoy your favorite content on your EZ Stream Android TV Box. To check your Internet connection speed please use the following instructions:
    1. Click the green “My Apps” tab on the EZ Stream home screen.
    2. Click on the “Speed Test” app.
    3. Click “Begin Test” on the screen and let the test run to see what speeds you currently have.
    If you are getting less than the speeds recommended in the above chart there are some options you can try to help increase the speed.
    1. Move your Wifi router closer to your EZ Stream Android TV Box.
    2. Reset your Internet Modem by unplugging it for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.
    3. Contact your Internet Service Provider if you are not getting the speed for which you are paying.
  • Can my EZ Stream remote work with my TV?
    There is a way to program the EZ Stream remote to turn on and off your TV if your TV has CEC. CEC is usually a feature on newer televisions, so please check to make sure your TV has this. If your TV does, here is how to program the remote to power the TV.

    1. Hit the “set” button on the EZ Stream remote and hold it down until the white button turns red.
    2. Once it turns red, hold your TV remote within six inches of the EZ Stream remote and hold down the power button.
    3. Hold down the power button until the red light on the EZ Stream remote turns off.
    4. Once this is done the EZ Stream remote will be able to turn on and off the TV.
  • Should I perform a factory reset?
    If something is not working correctly on your box, try a factory reset. To find out how to do a factory reset, check out our YouTube channel.
  • How do I update my version of Kodi?
    We would recommend downloading the newest version from the Google Play Store or from the Kodi web site www.kodi.tv.
